Using Saljet Rinse is simple! First break off a vial from the four-pack and carry it with you when you're on the go.

Then, when you need the saline, grasp the vial in one hand and grab the top of the vial in the other.

Next, using a gentle twisting motion twist the cap off of the vial.

The top is twisted off and ready to use.

Then simply squeeze the sides of the open vial and you now have access to 30ml of sterile saline!
